Digital Marketing Assistant (Group)

Role: To assist in the planning, implementation, management and reporting of digital campaigns

Salary: TBC

Location: Belfast

Reponsibilities:

To develope a good knowledge of the company, customers, booking engines, associated partners and digital advertising platforms.

To add and maintain content across websites, ensuring content is optimised for search engines. This will include all marketing activity (e.g. website content, email, social networking, Google Adwords).

To assist with the management of CRM projects.

To produce HTML emails in support of publications & event marketing activity, ensuring compatibility with various email client systems, data management and reporting.

To produce monthly reports of all digital activity.

To monitor campaigns to ensure effective delivery and distribute results for follow up.

To increase and develop the Company’s social media presence

To manage all social network content and communication, for all publications and events on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Trip Advisor etc .

To manage and respond to social networking activity on own websites/blogs.

To research and develop your own knowledge of digital mediums such as SEO (search engine optimisation), SEM (search engine marketing), Digital Display (online banners), E-mail Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Video Advertising, Social Marketing and Advertising etc.

To monitor competitor website activity and feedback as appropriate.

To introduce micro sites for specialist projects.

To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.

To comply with all safety rules and procedures e.g. Health and Safety, Hygiene and Fire.

Any other duties reasonably requested by Management.

Requirements:

You should have knowledge of HTML, photoshop, MSWord, Excel and Adobe software.

You should have 1 years experience in social media, digital marketing print or press.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
